Outreaches

Migrant Camp Ministry

Members of IDT help facilitate outreaches in the migrant communities of the surrounding area. The emphasis of these outreaches is to preach the gospel and build loving relationships through the preaching of the Word and the giving of practical gifts like food and clothing.

Senior's Home

IDT supports the local senior's homes which provide a loving Christian environment for elderly persons who have no other means of supporting themselves.

Working With Local Pastors

IDT partners with local pastors to conduct outreaches and street ministries in their communities in order to better facilitate the discipleship and spiritual welfare of new believers. In addition IDT helps to provide spiritual support through pastor's conferences and seminars.

Christmas Shoebox Program

The "Love in a Shoebox" program began over 10 years ago to minister to the indigenous families of Baja California. Churches from the US and Canada team up to send hundreds of boxes down each year. This has been one of IDT's most effective tools for showing the love of Christ to this impoverished people.

Nueva Vida

This is a completely faith based Christian rehab center for men addicted to drugs and alcohol located 25 miles south of IDT. Every man there has been self-admitted and is under no obligation to stay. While there, they undergo intense Bible studies throughout the day and as a result 100 men have graduated from this program and become pastors.
