Dear Israel,
Shalom and Greetings from Mexico. WE THANK GOD FOR YOU!!!
The below letter is a compilation of letters written by our Comfort Israel team, who is in support and in constant prayer for Israel. We have been seeking the L-rd and His heart for what we can do, especially during this time of the war against Hamas and terrorism against Israel. Last week, I felt impressed that the L-rd would have us write short, personal paragraphs from each of our team members, from our hearts - to yours. Please accept this letter for you personally. And, if you would please forward this email to anyone you know who is serving in the IDF, families of IDF soldiers, or anyone in Israel who would be blessed by some words of encouragement, we would count it an honor. (Or, print and copy it to share as well.) You are not alone. You are greatly loved o Israel.
May the G-d of Jacob be your refuge,

As I cry out for your safety and deliverance, my eyes lift above the storm and see the Mighty One. He who created and chose you is Faithful. As you remain in Him, no foe can overcome you. His word will not fail nor His love for Israel and all who cherish her. Lean on the G-d of Daniel--"Blessed be the name of G-d forever and ever. For wisdom and might are His and He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings, He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness and light dwells with Him." Daniel 2:20-23. I carry you in my heart and prayers. May Adonai give you grace to walk through this fire with Him and come out not even smelling of smoke. Rest in Him--He is Able.

You ARE a blessing and you ARE great! Those who come against you, will NOT stand. Our Heavenly Father is watching over you and is standing by your side. Know that we are holding you up in our prayers every day, and will continue to pray that G-d will shield you from the enemy's attacks, and that you will know His comfort, His love, and His peace. May He be your shoulder to lean on when you feel weak.
"I lift my eyes up to the hills- where has my help come from? My help comes from the L-rd, the Maker of Heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip- he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The L-rd watches over you- the L-rd is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The L-rd will keep you from all harm- he will watch over your life; the L-rd will watch over your coming and going, both now and forevermore." Psalm 121
"If the L-rd had not been on our side- let Israel say- if the L-rd had not been on our side when men attacked us, when their anger flared against us, they would have swallowed us alive; the flood would have engulfed us, the raging waters would have swept us away. Praise be to the L-rd, who has not let us be torn by their teeth. We have escaped like a bird out of the fowler's snare; the snare has been broken, and we have escaped. Our help is in the name of the L-rd, the maker of Heaven and earth!" Psalm 124

As a believer in the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, I want you to know that my heart breaks everytime i see, read or hear about what is happening in the Land. I am currently here to serve in whatever capacity G-d shows me and to pray and then pray some more, for your people, your safety and your Land.
I consider you as brothers and sisters and I stand with you unconditionally believing that G-d's will WILL be done and that there WILL BE peace in Jerusalem. I will continue to be a voice in the "church" and amongst those in my circle of influence to help people understand that G-d's covenant with His people IS an EVERLASTING one and that we all are here ONLY by HIS GRACE!

Dear Israeli Soldier,

I am writing to tell you that although you may feel overwhelmed and so alone you are not. Your G-d has raised up an army of gentiles that love Israel and the Jews. We commit to stand with you in prayer and thank you for your faithful service to your country and people. You are not only fighting terrorism in your land but for us in the west as well and I personally thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are greatly admired for your courage and bravery. One other thing I wish you say is that the L-rd is with you and for you...

"When you go out to battle against your enemies and see horses and chariots and people more numerous that you, do not be afraid of them, for the L-rd your G-d, who brought you up from the land of Egypt, is with you. When you are approaching the battle, the priest shall come near and speak to the people. He shall say to them "Hear O Israel, you are approaching the battle against your enemies today. Do not be fainthearted. Do not be afraid or panic, or tremble before them for the L-rd your G-d is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to save you Deuteronomy 20:1-4

Dear Inhabitants of the Beautiful land,

First of all my son Jacob and I would like to thank you - sons of Abraham for the rich heritage that you bring to the nations: the covenants, the receiving of the law, the temple worship and the patriarchs and most of all the ancestry of the Messiah. In spring 2006 we had the privilege of traveling to Israel and walking in the land G-d chose for His name and His glory to dwell. We just wanted you to know that there are people here in Mexico who love the Jewish people and are praying for you in this difficult hour. One thing I’ve noticed since I’ve been reading through the book of Kings, is that Israel has spent most of her history fighting for the Land that G-d promised her. The most important principle I learned from your history is that if you seek G-d and let Him show you His strategy the outcome is always positive in the long run. May G-d bless and protect you as you fight the good fight. We will stand with you even if everyone turns their back on you like they did during the holocaust. We will declare with Ruth, that your G-d will be our G-d, and your people will be our people.

You are risking all that you are and have to protect and preserve the apple of G-d's eye. We are praying daily for you, both for your safety, miraculous deliverances, divine leading in strategies, the demise of the enemy and the complete destruction of the leadership that plots to destroy those whom the L-rd loves. Remember Haman. REMEMBER THE G-D OF ABRAHAM, ISAAC AND JACOB. He is the ONE who undertakes for you and does not sleep, who sees in the dark and hears in secret. Put your faith in Him. We pray daily, several times a day for you. Don’t loose heart, be courageous, fight like Gideon’s army. You may be small, but the Creator G-d is YOUR G-D.

To All My Fellow Followers of Adonai, Creator Of The World

My name is Angela Guenter, a Canadian who lives in Mexico and loves Israel. I just returned from 10 weeks in Israel last month. After being on a tour there in 2007 which can be so romantic and thrilling, being there on my own and experiencing the day to day things was much different than I had expected. Though it was tough, my eyes were opened to see the poverty and regular people trying to live normal lives with neighbors near and far that hate them and at times retaliate; and their own government thinking of giving away their land. Though I was not affected by this personally, I put myself in the shoes of all those living there from all parts of the world. Though many were in denial that war was coming, many non-Jewish, non-Israeli people knew it was coming and want to be there to support and aid them in any way possible, hoping for visa's to stay and help. Though I wish that I could be more of assistance from over here, I know how much it helps to know that there are people around the world that stand beside and behind you. So I tell you, I am behind you and many others as well. Last night I went to a "Stand With Israel" night in Winnipeg, MB where over 1000 people came to show their support. Many political leaders came along with Mr. Toews representing Prime Minister Stephan Harper to show their complete support. Along with that knowledge I have seen the power of prayer in my life and know that my prayers can and do reach you. But most importantly is the fact that I, as a Christian, know what the Tanach says about the everlasting covenant between G-d and Israel and the Jews. If G-d would mention it about 360 times, I don't think that He had any intentions of changing it in the future. All in all I want to encourage you that by putting Adonai first, you have the best defense and offence you could possible have. When He is for you, there isn't anyone against you. Times may get tough but He provided a way of having strength and perfect peace that will pass all of your understanding in the midst of hardships. If His eye is on the sparrow, for surly His eye is on you. May His blessings fall on you and experience the miracles and gifts of his provision, hope, mercy, righteousness, joy, peace and love. Peace be to you and your families.

Know, beloved of G-d, Adonai, the Mighty One of Israel, is your shield and protection! We know your fears, concerns, and your longing for peace. We are praying for you! You are not alone! Remember that The L-RD G-D is with you, as Zechariah your prophet, tells us. As you go through this time of attack on your nation, know that we are taking grasp of your garment and declaring the truth of the Holy Scriptures. We are praying for you Ps. 121: "I will lift my eyes to the mountains; from where shall my help come? My help comes from the Lord, Who has made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The L-rd is your keeper" !!

Beloved Israel,
Greetings to you in the name of the Most High G-d of Israel. I am a pastor and follower of Y'shua, who loves Israel and my Jewish brethren. It is so very hard to witness the persecution and anti-semitism that the world levels so unfairly at G-d's chosen people. I cannot imagine how difficult it must be for you to be constantly on the receiving end of this hatred. Please know that there are friends in the world and that we here in Mexico are always finding ways to teach the Truth of scripture and God's love for Israel and her people. Especially I pray for the peace of Jerusalem. YOU ARE GREATLY LOVED.
"Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, may they prosper those that love you. Peace be within your walls, prosperity within your palaces." For the sake of my brethren and companions, I will now say 'Peace be within you.' Because of the house of the Lord our God I will seek your good."

"Hear O Israel, the L-rd our G-d is one."

Dearly Loved Friend, Dear Israel,
You are not alone. Never believe that lie. The G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob IS FOR YOU. "Do not fear; Zion, let not your hands be weak. The L-rd your G-d in your midst, The Mighty One, will save. He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing..." Zephaniah 3:16-17 And this same G-d, the All Powerful One, El Shaddai has raised up an army of peoples across the globe WHO ARE STANDING WITH YOU IN PRAYERS, IN SUPPORT AND IN TANGIBLE WAYS TO SAY "ISRAEL YOU ARE NOT ALONE".
You are constantly in our hearts and prayers night and day, your faces are ever before the L-rd. Did you know that the prophet Zechariah wrote "For thus says the L-rd of hosts: 'He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple (pupil) of His eye" ? (Zechariah 2:8) Call upon the name of the L-rd o Israel, He is your refuge, your hiding place, your strong tower, He is the One who strengthens the weak and gives strength and wisdom to those who call upon His name.
Remember what miracles G-d has done for you not only in the days of old, but in modern times! Mediate on His Word, do not let the enemy distract you! Just as you are trained physically to fight this battle, train yourselves up in the Word to USE THE WORD OF G-D AS A SWORD. Remember those who walked in obedience to G-d and how the L-rd moved on their behalf! Don't forget it is G-d who delivers you - call upon Him! Remember the lives & battles of Joshua, David, Daniel, Josiah, Nehemiah, Esther... you, o Israel are no different - He is no respecter of persons - He loves you with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3). BELIEVE HIM.
As for me and my house we will serve the L-rd (Joshua 24:15) and that means STANDING WITH YOU. We love you beyond simple words, and we are committed to our G-d and to you, through prayers and any doors the L-rd opens for us to stand in your defense. You are not alone Israel.
